Rachel Terry for Attorney General
Focused on Fighting for Utah
Meet Rachel
“I’m running for Attorney General to focus the office on the people’s work – and nothing else.”
Rachel Terry has been an attorney for almost 20 years and has spent the last decade representing Utah agencies in state and federal courts. Her experience as an Assistant Attorney General and Director of the Utah Division of Risk Management makes her an skilled fighter for Constitutional rights and the protection of state assets. She stands ready to continue that fight for all Utahns.
About the Attorney General’s Role
The Attorney General’s Office is the state’s law firm – and the Attorney General stands at the head of it. As Attorney General, Rachel would oversee more than 500 attorneys and investigators who are charged with fighting against federal overreach, defending state agencies against lawsuits, protecting the people’s assets, and insisting on the rule of Constitutional law.
